It is important for us to know what we can expect from each other:
 
    What you can expect from us -
  1. Timely, quality service.  If you are not completely happy with our work, pay us only what you believe is fair. 
  2. If you call and the person you want to talk to is not available and a member of our team does not respond by the end of the next business workday we will pay you $100. 
  3. If the firm does not complete an individual's income tax return within 10 days of the client giving us everything we need, the return is done for free.  Three to five days is our goal.
  4. We will be honest, truthful, and up-front with you at all times.
  5. We will not screen telephone calls, so if we are not assisting another valuable client , we will be available to help you.
  6. We will maintain a professional attitude in all of our work for you, seeking to ensure we are worthy of your respect.

  2. Returning of our phone calls/messages in a timely fashion.
  3. Talk to us before a transaction or decision of significance is made - our ability to help you is significantly compromised with after the fact information.
