John Kane, CPA
His desire to serve the CPA profession is evident by his involvement. He was appointed by Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels, and reappointed by Governor Mike Pence, as a member of the Indiana Board of Accountancy where he served until 2016. John has been active in the Indiana CPA Society, where he served as a Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Finance Committee, and Chair of the Public Interest Task Force. He was also a member of the Leadership Cabinet (a member advisory group to the Society directors), he has served on various committees of the Society, and served for three years on the AICPA Governing Council, as an elected member of the Indiana CPA Society. He currently serves on the INCPAS Ethics Comittee. John is a graduate of the Leadership Academy of Madison County. John currently serves on the Board of Trustees, along with previously serving as Treasurer, Chair of the Finance Committee, as well as serving on the Audit Committee of Community Hospital, Anderson. He has served on various community boards of directors, including serving as president of the Anderson Symphony Orchestra board and treasurer of the Anderson Rotary Club. In addition to John's professional experience, he had an opportunity to work with a professional football franchise of the NFL for two preseasons while in college utilizing his Sports Medicine knowledge. So that he could continue his love of football, John officiates high school and college football. He also finds time to play golf. John is father of three (a daughter and two sons) and husband to Susan, who works at Pendleton Heights High School (South Madison School Corporation). Linda Radaker, CPA
Linda lives in Noblesville with her husband Kevin, who is Professor of English at Linda currently serves as treasurer for Christmas in Action Hamilton County, a nonprofit organization that provides needed home repairs and improvements for elderly and disabled homeowners. In addition, she serves as treasurer on the boards for the Corporation for Economic Development and the Anderson/Madison County Visitors Bureau, she serves on the Flagship Enterprise Center's microloan committee, she is treasurer on the board of directors for her neighborhood homeowner's association, and she assists the treasurer of Interlock of East Central Indiana, a group dedicated to serving those affected by autism. She has served in the past as treasurer of the Anderson Symphony Orchestra board. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and home improvement projects.

Nancy Sowers, CPA
She has been married to Richard Sowers, the Anderson Symphony guy, since 1977. She has three children; Ben, Matthew, and Mary. She is active in her church, serving as treasurer and on multiple committees at Our Blessed Savior Lutheran Church in Alexandria. She is a member of Kiwanis of West Anderson and has recently been elected to serve as president of the Madison County Chapter of Thrivent Financial. She is also active with the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Women in Business committee. When Nancy has a few spare minutes, she enjoys needlework, jigsaw puzzles, and reading.

Ervin Rockhill, CPA
He and his wife have three grown children, three grandchildren, and reside in Anderson. He joined our team as part of our 2015 purchase of Winegardner & Associates, where he had worked the previous seventeen "tax seasons." We are pleased to have Erv as part of our team.
Dick Brock, CPA
Dick resides in Muncie with his wife, Carol. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.
Jacob Eiler, CPA
Jacob graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems in May 2015. After graduation, Jacob worked both in industry and public accounting. Jacob received his CPA certificate in 2018, while working for a local CPA firm. He joined our team in September 2018, bringing a combination of tax and audit experience to the firm. Jacob resides in the Muncie area and is involved in serveral community organizations around his hometown. He is a board member of Muncie Kiwanis and the Delaware County Children's Clothing Center. He attends Mount Olive Community Church, where he serves as a member of the board and President of the Mt. Olive Community Church Men's Group. Jacob also, volunteers with the Back to School Teachers' Store and the Whitely Community Council as a member of the Finance Committee. Finally, Jacob is a member of the Traditional Acoustic Band "Common Ground" and performs locally. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys reading, playing piano and guitar, as well as spending time outdoors and being with friends and family. Paul graduated from Ball State University with a degree in accounting and a minor in human geography in May 2017. He then went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Accounting, finishing in July 2018. He joined our team in August 2018, as his first job after college, and has passed all parts of the CPA exam. Paul is originally from Brookston, Indiana, and currently resides in Muncie. His fiancé, Sydney Arnett, is currently at Ball State studying elementary education. He enjoys taking his dog, Leia, on walks through the neighborhood. In his spare time, he enjoys watching or playing sports, playing board and card games, and spending time with family and friends. J.D.Owens, CPA
J.D. joins us with 10 years of experience in a variety of positions from academia to the industrial products industry. J.D. graduated from Ball State University (BSU) in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned his master’s degree in accounting in 2012. After receiving his CPA certification in April 2013, J.D. ventured into academia serving as an Instructor for the Paul Parkinson Department of Accounting in the Miller College of Business at BSU. During his stint, he also served as advisor for all undergraduate accounting students as well as the faculty advisor for the accounting honorary organization, Beta Alpha Psi. He maintains a connection with BSU by actively serving on the Accounting Alumni Board. J.D. received an opportunity to join a prior employer by serving as Operations Manager for the partnership in December 2017. His focus was on business process development, product procurement and distribution, and international customer relations to name a few. The company later underwent an acquisition for which he continued to serve in the transition until October 2020. He has been a member of the American Accounting Association and is a current member of the Indiana CPA Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He actively serves as the records and tithe keeper for his church, Open Arms Church, in New Castle. He also enjoys serving as the technician for his church’s worship services. He lives in New Castle with his wife Kayleigh (also a CPA) and black Labrador, Bella. J.D. enjoys spending time with his family, playing racquetball, golfing and going to the gym. Rhonda Goodpaster, Paraprofessional
Rhonda has 27 years of payroll and accounting experience in a variety of industries. She was employed with Jack Robinson, Robinson and Company, CPA in Anderson for 22 years. She then was employed as Operations Manager for the last 4 years in a privately owned business operating in Transportation, Agricultural, Brokering before joining J.P. Joanie Rick, Paraprofessional
She then worked at Warner Press Bookstore, in the office. In 1998, Joanie joined the staff at Anderson Power Sports / Acceleration Powersports, where she was the Office Manager for over 15 years. Joanie joined our team in August 2015. Joanie and her husband Dennis now have a wonderful daughter in-law Samantha, and two grandchildren, Dallas and Rebecca. David and his wife Samantha are active in their church, Anderson First Church of the Nazarene, where they both play in the orchestra, and they are also members with the Christian Motorcycle Association. Their daughter Jennifer is a hair stylist at Great Clips in Anderson, IN. In their spare time, Dennis and Joanie enjoy riding their motorcycles. Carmen Hall, Assistant Director of First Impressions
Carmen is a native of Anderson and loves her hometown. She has been married to Jeff for nearly 30 years. They have two children and two beautiful grandchildren. Carmen has had many varied work experiences from restaurant manager to lunch lady/cashier in an elementary school to office manager and bookkeeper for two small businesses in Anderson. Shelly is married to Vaughn, the Assistant Director of Computing Services for Anderson Community Schools. They enjoy traveling and camping. They share an empty nest with a big yellow lab. They have two sons, Austin who is a 2017 graduate of Purdue University and a graduate student at Michigan State University and Evan who is a 2014 graduate of Purdue and a graduate student at the University of Georgia. Hilary May, Social Media Specialist
Hilary is an Anderson native, graduating from Anderson University in May 2015 with a degree in Business Management. She joined our team in October 2017. She previously worked at Anderson University as the Administrative Assistant in the Tri-S and Study Abroad Office. Hilary is married to Kyle May, Controller of the Flagship Enterprise Center. They both enjoy spending time with their dogs Nora and Survivor, as well as hosting board game nights at their house. Outside of work, Hilary also enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community and spending time outside.
